Meet Our Owners: Asia + Eric Smith

We’re the Smiths — a family born and raised in the Carolinas, grounded in faith, family, and a passion for creating spaces that truly feel like home.

As college sweethearts from neighboring hometowns, our story began with shared dreams and a love for simple moments. Today, our favorite place is still in the kitchen — cooking together with our two kids, Aria (6) and EJ (2), who keep us laughing, learning, and constantly reminded that home is where the best memories are made.

Eric’s years playing basketball for the Carolina Gamecocks taught him the importance of discipline, teamwork, and striving for excellence — values that continue to shape everything we do. Those same principles guide how we operate Vivid Edge, where every project is approached with care, precision, and purpose.

Like many homeowners, we once faced the frustrations of painting our own home — choosing the wrong colors, making costly mistakes, and spending far more time and money than we ever imagined.
